How It Works

  1. You and your agent work together to decide which service(s) can increase your home’s value and set an estimated budget for the work.

  2. When you are ready to start, we work hand-in-hand with you as you engage vendors and begin the work.

  3. After improvements are complete, we will market your home.

  4. You will pay for these services when one of the following occurs:

    1. Your home is sold

    2. You terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or

    3. Twelve (12) months pass from your Compass Concierge start date.

Are there any services not covered by the program?

Our goal is for Compass Concierge to help as many clients as possible. The program is intentionally flexible; we developed Compass Concierge to be used with most vendors for your convenience.

When do I have to pay for the services?

You pay in the event of one of the following (whichever occurs first): (a) Your home sells, (b) You terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or (c) 12 months pass from your Compass Concierge start date
